Special Needs Inclusion yoga for teens and adults is meant to be a safe space where anyone can come to find some peace.
Shangri-La; Kai Chi Do
Kai Chi Do is a self-care method, usually performed in a group, that combines movement, breath, music, and meditation to restore a sense of emotional balance and wellbeing.
*$15 per class.
Keystone Place Assisted Living; Chair Yoga (Copy)
Chair yoga is a gentle yoga done with the assistance of a chair. Most poses are done seated, but if the participant can safely engage, there are some that use the chair to balance, or as a prop.
You will still get all of the other benefits of yoga here, such as slow, deep breathing and meditation.

Here, our goal is to provide adults and teens with en effective self-care method for restoring a sense of emotional wellbeing and connectedness to others.
Some of the objectives are as follows; to facilitate resolution of emotional resistance that limits forward progress, to provide a body-oriented catalyst for cognitive and emotional relief.
The time shown includes a 15 minute optional, gentle stretch.

Nature Place; Guided Walking Meditation
Walking meditation in nature is a way to heal with nature, while experiencing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness. On this light trail hike, you will be brought in tune with the living world through guided meditation concentrating on the nature around us.

Clam Pass; Multi-Style Yoga
Multi-Style Yoga can be taken by anyone. You will see influences from many different yoga styles here, ranging from Kundalini to Hatha. Each class incorporates asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
